Please use this service to request a replacement of your broken GreenCart.
After you have submitted this form, you will via email receive a Service Request number and a link to our online status tool. The link will allow you to track the progress of your request. Within one business day, Halton staff will update the status of your Service Request to confirm when the exchange will happen.
Please Note: You will not receive an email or phone call directly from Halton staff about this Service Request. In the meantime, please leave your empty broken GreenCart next to the front door of your home.
The empty broken GreenCart will be picked-up for recycling by Halton Region, and a new GreenCart will be left behind. If your GreenCart is not broken, but you require additional GreenCarts, or if you are moving homes, please view the list of GreenCart pick-up locations. If you are moving into a new subdivision, Halton Region will provide you with one GreenCart once the homes on the street or subdivision are substantially completed.
