Request a replacement of your broken Blue Box.
This tool is only for replacing broken Blue Boxes. It is NOT for requesting an additional, new larger Blue Box. The new larger Blue Boxes will become available for pick-up or replacement in March 2013.
After you have submitted this form, you will via email receive a Service Request number and a link to our online status tool. The link will allow you to track the progress of your request. Within one business day, Halton staff will update the status of your Service Request to confirm when the exchange will happen.
Please Note: You will not be contacted directly by Halton staff about this request. In the meantime, please leave your empty broken Blue Box next to the front door of your home.
The empty broken Blue Box will be picked-up for recycling by Halton Region, and a new Blue Box will be left behind. If your Blue Box is not broken, but you require additional Blue Boxes, or if you are moving homes, please view the list of Blue Box pick-up locations. If you are moving into a new subdivision, Halton Region will provide you with one Blue Box once the homes on the street or subdivision are substantially completed.
