This form is not for Blue Box, GreenCart, Yard Waste, or Garbage collection.
After you have submitted this form, you will via email receive a Service Request number and a link to our online status tool. The link will allow you to track the progress of your request. Within one business day, Halton staff will update the status of your Service Request.
Please Note: You may not be contacted directly by Halton staff about this Service Request.
In the meantime, please leave your Bulk Waste at the curb.
