Service Promise
After you have submitted this form, you will via email receive a Service Request number and a link to our online status tool. The link will allow you to track the progress of your request. Within one business day, Halton staff will update the status of your Service Request.

      • Items must be too big to fit in a garbage bag/can
      • One bundle of flooring or wood is equal to one item
