After you have submitted this form, you will receive an email with your Service Request number and a link to our online status tool. The link will allow you to track the progress of your request. Within one business day, Halton staff will update the status of your Service Request.
Please Note: You will not be contacted directly by Halton staff about this Service Request. You need to access your Service Request online for service updates.
