We offer the following options at great rates to meet your shipping needs:
Standard: 2-10 Business Days (UPS Ground)
Delivery in Canada within six business days, Monday-Friday, by 7:00 PM
We are unable to ship to APO and PO Boxes. Please provide physical shipping address only.
How are my shipping costs calculated?
Shipping fees are charged on a flat rate by product or product category.
Nominal fees are based on product size and weight.
Total shipping fees will be calculated by quantity of units ordered multiplied by the fee for that item.
Can I have an order delivered on a weekend?
Halton Region does not currently provide for Saturday or Sunday deliveries.
Where will my order ship from?
All orders will be shipped from the Halton Regional Centre, Oakville, On Canada
Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, the shipping company will assign it a tracking number.
What do I do if my order is late?
If the expected delivery time listed with your choice of shipping has expired, and tracking information
does not help, please contact us immediately (if by email, at

. Your order may be late because no one was available to accept delivery. If you are not present when
a delivery is attempted, the carrier will make a second attempt, and often a third. If delivery is still not made,
the shipment will be returned to Halton Region.
You must report to us any undelivered order within 25 days of the date you
placed the order.
What if my package is damaged when it is delivered?
If your package arrives damaged, you may refuse delivery at no cost to you.
